Being surrounded by tea fields was amazing, the hotel's location close to nature was perfect. The breakfast had fresh produce and was reminiscent of breakfast served in Japanese inns. The staff was helpful, and one woman spoke English, which made communication easy. The hotel's design was modern but still had a homely feel.
Nothing could have been better.

the exclusive amenities, such as private facilities and special diet menus provided, fulfilled our every need. the service was excellent, making us feel truly pampered. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect places to relax and appreciate the serene surroundings. the leisure/TV room was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the location advantages.
The only minor issue we encountered at this hotel was the lack of BBQ facilities. this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Spent easter at this hotel and had a great time. Loved the modern decor mixed with the natural surroundings. enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast options. The location was perfect as it was quiet and peaceful with great views of the tea fields.

We stayed at a hotel located amidst tea fields with a very homely atmosphere. It was a perfect place for relaxation, providing a calm and peaceful environment. the hotel offered delicious breakfast with fresh produce and a perfect view of the National Tea museum. the staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable with excellent showers.
The insulation of the walls could have been better, making it problematic to maintain privacy.

The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, a true oasis in the midst of nature. the hotel has a modern design which matches the surroundings perfectly. the bed was extremely comfortable and allowed me to sleep in peace throughout the night.
The room I was given had poor insulation, making it difficult to ignore the noises coming from the surrounding rooms. the breakfast was very basic and lacked variety.
